Delicious, umami soup, and soft& earthy soba noodles. But a little bit over-priced.

Having a sweet soup is a very Cantonese way to end a meal. This dish is made from sweet almond and Chinese yam. The two created an extremely silky texture, and it tasted nutty and delicious. A very luxious treat.

I was amazed to see the dish--the tofu skin resembled scrambled eggs tremendously. It tasted tender, was pleasantly umami. Just a wonderful creation!
