This was my first time trying celeriac and it was phenomenal! The texture was smooth but firm, almost like a baked potato but more delicious and buttery. The fried mushrooms were delicious as well and the baked kale was yummy.

Delicious tamal! The jackfruit “carnitas” were a great texture and taste and the bourbon cashew cream was superb. Very filling!
