Roasted zucchini with bean puree and ground almonds&cilantro seeds.
Green lentils, carrot and mushroom "stew" with potato chips and creamy coconut sauce.
Beetroot with creamy almond-garlic sauce. Very interesting, very delicious.
Very nice refreshing salad with red onion with spices&lime juice.
Freshly prepared vegan brownie with home made vegan ice cream. One of the best I ever had.
Using this supplement for few months and everything is fine. Totally recommend.
Handmade veggie patty burger from quinoa and (I assume) black lentil.
Homemade black bun, chipotle veg mayo and cheese.
To be honest last years variation of burger was a steal, but this is still good as well.
Sweet "pancakes" with soy curd filling, apple cinnamon flavour.
Cherry jam and chocolate on side.
Really nice and interesting flavours. Chargrilled oyster mushroom, hoi-sin sauce, thai basil, sriracha, red onions, samphire, coriander, bao bun.
As a side I had french fries with vegan Chipotle Mayo.
