Its been awhile i ate vegan risotto. This dish definitely hit the spot.

The tempura comes with a dipping sauce. There’s fried shiitake, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, and enoki mushroom. Its generous for its price.

Spicy and nutty and the right amount of toppings. Very good considering it has no onion/garlic. (They also have a healthier topping option where the mushrooms arent fried)

Simple ingredients but done beautifully. The crust itself is to die for. The perfect balance of flaky/crunch and chewy.
