Really yummy lentil lasagna, one of my favourite dishes in town!
King oyster mushrooms in a spicy sauce. Looks exciting but the mushrooms don’t really take in a lot of flavour and the sauce, well, I’m not fond of spicy sauces. If you are, perhaps you’ll enjoy it more.
Weekend vegetarian lunch a la carte buffet. You select from most of their vegetarian dishes as many as you like, including repeats. Free-flow drinks as well, but higher price if alcoholic drinks are included.

The satay is with monkey head mushrooms, but they make it themselves from dried mushrooms so it’s not the one with egg lurking in it. The presentation is great, but makes one feel they waste a lot of the pineapple, should more
Beautiful texture, one of the tastiest dishes in town! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the sauce and mango on top make it perfect! 🤤
It’s a pretty good attempt at Peking duck, made of seitan. Would like to see the celery and peppers on the side like they did in Baihe in Beijing. Great to have one in SG though!
Really tender tofu skin fish made in the restaurant. Yummy sauce and nice gingerly flavour. Excellent!
Veganator they actually call it - sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini blend perfectly to a succulent taste on a real nice piece of bread.
Had a 15 course dinner buffet! Haven’t been to the Liat Towers one in a long time, it’s improved a lot! Almost every dish was really yummy.
They do have dairy in some dishes so ask, and ask about milk, mayo, butter etc more
Really yummy lasagna. Whoever knew lentils would work so well in this dish?
