This was the last course before dessert: ramen with dashi soup, served with a mushroom skewer glazed with Korean sauce, nori, pakchoy and corn with miso. It was delicious however very different from all the ramen I tried before. It was more like the chef’s own take on ramen rather than a traditional one, which I really appreciated. The nashi soup alone was a little too salty, I was able to notice it after finishing all the other ingredients. Nevertheless a great dish.
