I often buy this #taukwa (aka #firmtofu). It’s fortified with #omega3. Quite fresh and versatile. Comes packed with some water (not much, about 2 tbsp). This time, I used it to make some #delimeat. I used Sarah’s Vegan Kitchen’s recipe.
