This Dutch-processed cocoa powder is wonderful for baking or hot drinks. Beans are grown by small-scale farmers in Peru and Dominican Republic and produced by a Canadian worker-owned co-op. Organic and Fair Trade certified. Also gluten free. It is a bit pricier than some brands but worth it for quality and community values.
