Under $8 - fried savoury (hence Penang unlike Singapore's sweet version which honestly is a joke) featuring cute, baby long strands of #kwayteow. Edible but don't expect any hei of wok to jump out of this heavy #carbsforlife dish for satiety's sake,. No one does that anymore, at least not at this price point 😜
