😍 #soup , esp #doubleboiled ones with #morel, monkeyhead, #reddates and baby soft #blackbeans thrown in for superior earthy complex

Not by chance that it happens to be another vegetarian joint; previously Nomvnom occupying the same space (till last Apr) has been taken over by the same group of staff who used to work there (like attracts like) and turned it #Chinese with the same vegan vibes, though healthier (by a large margin). Had a casual chat with boss Richard and found ourselves musing on the problems faced by veggie operators, esp on high rental costs with limited pool of customers other than the odd holy days crowd 🥹 Also through him that I learnt Greendot @ Nex has gone under
