Bali en Tori Ramen — Reseña de Iszy (23 may 2025)

This Bali ramen is very unique and super creamy! It's been on the menu all of the times that I've been to Tori, but I've never tried it because the super spicy Com Saw Mi Da is made partially from the Bali broth. On it's own it felt much more approachable! It's still spicy, but the tahini helps balance it out. I'm not always the biggest fan of tahini. Sometimes I find it too bitter. Here it works so well! It's nutty and super creamy. This ramen also has ground tofu, Szechuan pepper, chili oil, green oil, fried leeks, green onions, more sesame, and seasonal veggies. I love my Korean ramen here, but if I'm looking for something hearty and creamy (maybe on a snowy winter night), I might switch it up with this dish.
