It’s Seed Butter. Not Bitter .. I don’t know how to fix that … I’m sure these are really good.. however I bought them and they were lost in the pantry mess … so they are a year out of date .. which never bothers me .. except these were very very stale… so a proper pantry cleaning is in order .. I hope to find these again .. I think I would like the non stale version.
