It appears that I take the occasion to review the food of Platte14, one of the most fancy cantines of the University of Zurich, almost always when they serve #aloogobi 😅 the truth is, I often eat there but I particularly appreciate this kind of dish.
This one looked extraordinary, with the #naan bread and its fresh vegetables: #cauliflower, #potatoes , #chickpeas and even the #cilantro that I generally don't like and the additio of few #cashew nuts. The taste was ok, I expected more. I particularly disliked the taste of the potatoes, that were undercooked. But the cauliflower and the sauce saved the day.
This food was served on Tuesday, 6th Mai 2025. At Platte14, opened for lunch during the week, you always find one #veganmenu , called Ying, while the Yang menu can vary between vegetarian and omnivore.
The price is 6,90 CHF for students, 9 CHF for UZH employees and I think 12 CHF for all the others.
