Dan Dan Noodles are recommended as Spicy Moon's most popular dish, so we felt it would be good as one of our entree options. It's made up of warm flour noodles in homemade chili oil, sweet soy sauce, sesame paste, and sesame oil. It's served with scallions and we added Beyond Meat for an extra $4.

Unfortunately, I wasn't really into this. It was sweeter than I was expecting, and the sesame paste gave it a flavor I wasn't really a fan of. I was also surprised by how spicy it was! They show how spicy things are on the menu with zero through three peppers. This one only has one, so I'd be interested to see what a three pepper dish like the mapo tofu would be like! I don't think I'd be able to handle it.
