Red Bean Charcoal Munchi Pancake en Munchi Pancakes — Reseña de Low Lai Chow (2 abr 2025)

Built my own death metal pancake with this black on almost black (but dark red) take on minjiang kueh. Made to order with a generous filling-to-crust ratio, this combination of charcoal crust (you can choose from original or green tea crust too) and smooth, yummy red bean paste was quite perfect.
