Red Bean Charcoal Munchi Pancake

Built my own death metal pancake with this black on almost black (but dark red) take on minjiang kueh. Made to order with a generous filling-to-crust ratio, this combination of charcoal crust (you can choose from original or green tea crust too) and smooth, yummy red bean paste was quite perfect.
