I have to admit when I saw these in the package. I was a little bit skeptical because I love fresh lions mane mushrooms so much that I just wasn’t sure how these were gonna taste, but I was really happy with the way that they turned out. I don’t think they’re a complete replacement for fresh lions, mane mushrooms before a dish like this They were perfect . They are flavorful,  easy to prepare and have a good texture, which is really important to me when I cook
I use them to make my version of Dan noodles with my own sauce, the crumbles and some noodles and it was really really delicious.
