This bacon was gifted to us by a family member. It's a classic vegan bacon that has been around forever. It cooks up super fast and can get really crispy. It has a smoky flavor that I look for with bacon, but it had an odd aftertaste that I did not enjoy. It was fine for adding some flavor and crunch to a JUST Egg breakfast sandwich, but I would not get this in my own.
