Curry Coconut Soup en The Wild Hare — Reseña de Iszy (25 ene 2025)

After checking out the World Snow Sculpture Championship in sub-0°F weather, all I was looking for was a bowl of hot soup! You can get this in a cup or a bowl size. I went with bowl but probably should have stuck to a cup. At least I got to bring some home for @jonok! This soup has yams, coconut milk, curry, ginger, and scallions. The soup was warm, but didn't come out piping hot like I was hoping. It was still good though. I got it with tofu and I kind of like that they served it on the side.
