Dry Ban Mee en Saute & Mee — Reseña de vegphilosopher (25 dic 2024)

The ban mee or what I’d call the Asian version of fettuccine was al dente. Sauce had a nice balance of sweet and savoury. Topped with minced soy meat, bok choy, slices of “fish cake” and fried “anchovies”. Overall a satisfying bowl of noodles. #fettuccine #banmian
