
Blanched spinach seasoned with Korean toasted sesame seeds and oil. 🥬 Simple but nice in a light and healthy way! And considering how spinach usually shrinks into a miniscule 🤏 amount after cooking, this was actually a very generous pile of spinach ahaha. Non-veg companion enjoyed this plate of leafy greens too alongside the Beoseot Gangjeong mushrooms!
