This is my FAVORITE salad, ever. There are so many dressings to choose from as well, so always a different option. I had the ranch this time and it was so thick and creamy and made from sunflower seeds. My favorite hack is to add #tofu for a small upcharge.
This salad has #organic and locally grown lettuces, sprouts, peppers, carrots and cabbage. It also has walnuts and raisins. It is DELICIOUS. Portia's is so accommodating for allergies and food sensitivities you can easily substitute ingredients as well. I always get the walnuts taken off and you can easily substitute for olives or another seed or hemp.
