Yes, we tried 4 sandwiches. Haha, but at $7, you can't beat that price! This was a delicious sandwich, but my least favorite out of the four. The sandwich comes with seasoned eggplant, zucchini, and balsamic-roasted portabella #mushrooms 🍄 It's also topped with that delicious #vegan pesto and fresh arugula, and served on a toasted ciabatta bun. I really liked the balsamic mushrooms. They had a really nice distinctive flavor. This one of the lighter and healthier sandwich options they have and they also have a #glutenfree option!
