‘Server with Asian greens’. Lovely and refreshing. The Asian greens in question were little baby bok choi and spinach, with delightful little wontons filled with shiitake mushrooms, carrot, and other veggies. The broth was just as tasty with a kind of medicinal-tasting spice I just couldn’t place, but it wasn’t bitter. A solid appetiser choice. This came out super quick like everything else here, but also super hot, so be patient like I wasn’t and let this sit for a bit before you burn your tongue!
