Ok, on the menu it did say spicy, but this was SPICYYYYY🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
#Indonesian #rendang with Lion's Mane #mushrooms - slow-cooked with lemongrass, coriander, turmeric, galangal + ground coconut, a spicy dry curry. Even paired with rice I could only eat half, it was delish but my mouth was on fiiiiiire (then we swapped dishes and they helped me finish this haha).
How cool anyway to have a #veganpanasian restaurant!!
