Tofu Vegan

On the trip to #London we couldn’t miss out on some #Chinese food and we went to this excellent #veganrestaurant which was recommended to us (and which has the most #vegan name ever😁). The first dish was #gongbao chicken with #peanuts: the #mockmeat was super soft and flavourful and even if it was all a little bit too spicy for my low tolerance, I absolutely loved it!!

When I first moved to London in 2009 I thought the Chinese food there was generally shit. It's so good now 🥺
