Its #duck day, braised to a dark chewy, shreddy state on a bed of uber broad #ricenoodles aka #horfun which I'm never a fan of. Much prefer Malaysia's baby thin version (like those found in Ipoh or Penang) for easy pick up and better gravy to #carbsforlife ratio. Savoury soup on the side a tad vegetable weak too
