Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings en Din Tai Fung — Reseña de Paree (10 jul 2024)

Here i am clutching a box of DTF's famous vegetarian dumplings (styled local & vegan) for dinner having just rattled on bout M'sia's version no longer being vegan, or that it never was in the 1st place just 3 months back 🙃. Same, same but not the same everywhere and anywhere. Why so? US ones are vegan as well; surely we should take the cue from there? So missing the taste of umami clean in sticky dough albeit out of my reach these days in SG at a hefty $18 after tax for 10 jade pieces 😑
