Another amazing dish from An Chay: a Vietnamese schnitzel served with a mango-cabbage salad, crispy tofu, cucumber, cilantro, home made kimchi, pickled daikon-carrots and fresh herbs. The schnitzel had an amazing soft texture while being super crunchy outside. All the elements of the dish were delicious and it was amazing going from one flavor to the other. Definitely a must-try!
Price was 31 chf, making it the most expensive dish on the menu, but keep in mind that the portion is also very generous, if you order this you probably wouldn’t want to order anything else.
