I used to stuff #bellpeppers (or #capsicum) when I was a student. Somehow the idea of cooking everything in everything else's juices was a good idea for lazy me 😅 This might be my first time revisiting the concept veganly, and what I found wasn't bad 🙂

Fittie Sense doesn't sound like the kind of place that I would patronise, does it 😛 They stuffed the #caponata full with #quinoa, and surrounded it with various #rootvegetables cooked in a glorious #tomato and #basil sauce 😋 My biggest complaint is about the cheap and low-grade paper box. I totally get wanting to avoid plastic, but seriously there are so many superior paper/cardboard options out there 😒 This arrived soggy/flimsy and barely able to hold its own. RM38 for this - RM38?! 🤯

A classic in my family!! But we’d stuff the bell pepper with minced meat, add a small block of cheese in the middle, bake, and serve over rice with a tomato sauce
