What a refreshing salad 🥗 bursting with flavors and textures inspired by the ocean 🌊 This #salad features glass #noodles at the base, topped with tender #tofu #inari strips, all dressed in a savory #nori dressing and seasoned with the subtle heat of #togarashi spices 🌊

To enhance the oceanic theme, the noodles are topped with #wakame, a type of edible #seaweed prized for its #umami flavor and nutrient-rich profile. The wakame adds a briny essence and a satisfying chewiness to it. Adding to the complexity of flavors are tender maitake #mushrooms. These mushrooms add a depth of flavor to the salad #mushroomlover

Completing the ensemble is what they call royal algae. The texture looked like fine hair! Didn’t taste like much but looked cool.
