Review of Mozza Style Shreds - Oat Cream - Daiya by wintergirl
I made pizza with these shreds and here is what I thought. The taste was fine and there was no weirdness to it at all. It melted well but I didn’t like the texture of it. It was kind of a weird overly soft gooeyness that absolutely stuck to my teeth. It needs to be a bit firmer and more elastic-y imho. So now I wait until is hardens a bit before eating. Good thing I like cold pizza.
