Review of lasana de berenjenas at El Med Veg by danielgl
This dish is a hybrid of #eggplantparmesan and #lasagna and oh-so-delicious that my hubby kept talking about it for days. The lasagna pasta was switched out for #eggplant slices, and the layers between were filled with a tomatoey #veganbolognese. The topping of #nutritionalyeast was cheesy and reminiscent of a good #parmesan. The meal-sized portion is generous and filling, priced at 11,50€.
The service is so friendly, the locale colorful and the vibe relaxed at this 100% vegan locale in seaside resort, Médano. They were super excited to hear about @abillion as well as their listing in @veganhaven travel blog entry about Tenerife!
