I'm on another olive kick! Kalamata are still my favorite. They're the best for warming up and serving with soft cheeze and bread. These olives are perfect for throwing in a mini cocotte with some herbs de provence and a splash of lemon juice. I throw them in the toaster alongside the toast and have a perfect, elegant snack in 6 minutes! I really like it with Boursin's spreadable vegan cheese. So fancy and so easy!
