I’m a sucker for good cheese 🧀 so far, I’ve struggled finding ✨the✨ vegan cheese, but no brand comes closer than Cathedral City. I used this grated cheese in my pasta sauce and as garnish on the final dish (pictured). The resulting pasta dish was sooo delicious and snacking on the cheese by itself has become my guilty pleasure (🤫). I would definitely recommend giving this a try 🤤
