Grated Plant Based

This cheese is my go to favourite, it melts well without the usual stickiness of some cheeses.

i tend to avoid cheese that is already grated but it was available and i was in the mood for #nachos great for the #lazyvegan taste was good for nachos and it melted okay. #vegancheese in the last foto are two 🐄🐄 saying thanks & keep up the #ditchdairy!

Quite a strong taste - more than I expected. The vegan cheezes in the Netherlands tend to taste a little bland, and this had more of that cheddary deeper taste, so it came as a bit of a shock. An acquired taste still, I did not grow up eating cheese with this type of flavour, but I find it melts well and I'd rather have a different taste than a lack of taste, which is unfortunately still the case here. This exceeded my expectations.

One of the best and most accessible plant cheeses. This is great for cheese savoury sandwich, toasties or anywhere. It can be frozen and added to pizza if needed. It's tangy and delicious. When on offer it's usually 2 for £4 which isn't bad.

I’m a sucker for good cheese 🧀 so far, I’ve struggled finding ✨the✨ vegan cheese, but no brand comes closer than Cathedral City. I used this grated cheese in my pasta sauce and as garnish on the final dish (pictured). The resulting pasta dish was sooo delicious and snacking on the cheese by itself has become my guilty pleasure (🤫). I would definitely recommend giving this a try 🤤 #vegancheese #veganisnotscary
