Wings Clásica en Huacamole Sodita — Reseña de Valentina (8 mar 2024)

This #veganrestaurant we found in San José was one of the highlights of the trip🤩 and probably the best meal we had on the road.
To share, we had these wings made with #soy (and I think also wheat gluten?) on an abundant base of fries and avocado. The texture was similar to seitan, that’s why I think there was gluten involved. Soft inside and crunch outside. Soooo yummm!
