We were looking for Panko crumbs for some homemade tofu nuggets, and found these pea crumbs instead.
Haven't seen them before, but of course the plant based branding drew us in 😁.
Turns out they worked very well on the nuggets, being crunchy and toasty! A bit of 🫛 #protein is an extra bonus.
Can't wait to try on other dishes!
