This vegan duck salad with hot chili and mint leaves was so creative! The bits of seitan duck are small, as the whole salad is chopped - I think you could potentially fool an omnivore with this because the texture wouldn’t be a tip-off.

The chili adds a nice kick without being overly hot. Because the salad is chopped, you really get a bit of everything in each bite. Very tasty, highly recommend.
