Vegan Yasai Ramen en Ghost Ramen — Reseña de Veg Out Victoria (31 dic 2023)

This is a really solid miso broth ramen. It is one of the better options here in Victoria. They make the noodles in house and the broth hits all the right notes. I prefer a Tantan creamy ramen which they don’t offer vegan but I’m happy they have a couple solid choices. Try the bao too.
