If you're looking for an alternative to fancy mozzarella (like buffalo mozzarella), this is it! It's a great option for caprese, but also makes for great blobs on a homemade pizza. I cut this wheel into cubes to throw into my caprese pasta salad with Trader Joe's farfalle rigate. This cheese is perfect with tomato and basil in any form!
