Focaccia Caprese en Quinoa Bar Vegetarià — Reseña de Valentina (16 nov 2023)

The name of the dish is deceiving, because this is not at all what we’d call “focaccia caprese” in Italy - this is a sandwich with ciabatta bread. But oooh well, it was a tasty #sandwich with #plantbased mozzarella, oregano, #basil & #almond pesto and black olives. The pesto was a little too oily and overpowering.

Ps: in the second picture it’s Kai, I was dogsitting her while her dad (my friend) was traveling 🐶
