Review of Breakfast Burger at Francis by iszy

This is the first time I've been to Francis for brunch! I guess I could count the drag brunch when they were still at Sociable, but they didn't have a full menu then! I've never really been interested in burgers with egg on them, but I tried this and really liked it! It has an Impossible burger, cheese, Just Egg, house-made bacon, arugula, pickled onion, tomato, and malt vinegar mayo on a brioche bun. If I would have ordered it myself, I would have gone with the black bean burger. My favorite part of this was the pickled onion and malt vinegar mayo. They added a unique flavor that separated this from the other burgers at Francis. This is $18, which is a bit high for a burger, but it does come with fries and Francis is a not tipping establishment, so I guess it evens out.
