For our final drink of the night we shared this. It has navy rum, olympia liqueur, pistachio, coconut, lime. Olympia liqueur is Norseman's version of green chartreuse. This drink was pretty minty with almost a eucalyptus freshness. The coconut and pistachio gave it a creaminess that helped balance it a bit. This was one of the more expensive drinks at $15.
