This is the type of olive oil that you use for flavor; it's great for dressing pasta, veggies, salad, or for pairing with balsamic and dipping nice Italian bread in. The shape of the bottle is nice, but it is strange that it's stored in light glass. Olive oil is typically stored in dark colored glass bottles because it degrades in sunlight. I store mine in a dark corner of my kitchen, and I'm using it pretty quickly, so I'm sure it's fine, but it was an odd choice by packaging desinger.
