Homemade almond tempeh en Rasoterra — Reseña de Valentina (6 jul 2023)

This has to be the best #tempeh I have ever tried! It was homemade and it came accompanied by pickled vegetables, and leeks. So soft, and lacking that pungent fermented taste that sometimes makes this dish difficult to enjoy.
This vegan restaurant is very fancy, and pricy! I was happy I was invited here by my friend’s parents visiting hehe
