I've used this flour a few times to make sweet loaf cakes and it has always turned out great.

I made an orange zucchini loaf with this flour last weekend which turned out amazing, very moist. Recipe by "oh em goodness"

Unable to shake his vision of operating a flour mill that provided healthy and nutritious food, Bob tirelessly searched for his own set of usable millstones. With a little time and persistence, Bob and his wife found several sets of millstones and began their first mill in Redding, California.
