Our very thoughtful vegan friend made these vegan and #glutenfree cookies for us! I'm used to the flavor and texture of gluten-free goodies, so I enjoyed them! Almond flour is a bit gritty for some people. Personally I don't mind it and my tummy is always happy when I don't eat gluten. Normally I am in horrible pain for hours if eat gluten ☹️ I sometimes suffer through to try a bite of @paniwilson's vegan pizza. Luckily Bob's Red Mill offers so many options for gluten-free flours and I'm getting better at gluten-free baking!  #veganisnotscary #veganin2025 #glutenfreebaking
