Review of tempura crunch sushi roll at NightShade YVR by katrinachew

Overall nice presentation with a nice texture from the tempura crust at the side of the seaweed. Taste of tofu could have been seasoned for more flavour. Unique sushi idea that’s excellent for sharing.
