Review of Charcuterie Board Cup at Rebel Cheese by madib

You guessed it, this was another Vegandale treasure. Rebel Cheese has the most insane vegan chz I’ve ever enjoyed. They utilize the same processes as the dairy industry, which I didn’t know much about, but they talked to us a bit about cave aging! This cup included brie, a tomato and herb fromage, and a colby jack I believe? Tomato, olive, grape, blackberry, fig, pickle, & crackers. Their shop in Austin, TX also has vegan deli & wine, I’m sure a full tasting experience would be such a pleasure :)

*I’m not sure what the chz is made of so I wasn’t sure how to rate nutrition!
